Beautifier
The cream of art
Has beautified her
With skin, glowing like the sun
Radiant as the star
Here she stands
Lonely and waiting
For her beautifier to call
To project her to the world
Tender caresses, she craves
Hurtful prompters, she beholds
As she waits on
Her beautifier is gone
To beautify others
Now, it is left to this amateur heart
To make her decisions
To trail on life’s sticky road
Without clinging to the ground
“I’ll move on,” she says
As she recognises her beauty
The crafty lines in her head
And with the ballpoint in her hands
She starts to create
Inspired by art, her beautifier
She explores the world
At last, she rules the world.
